EQ-Edge is designed to unlock your potential as a leader with capacity-building and leadership labs. To be an effective leader you need to become an agent of transformation, allowing you to reach unprecedented success. All good leaders know that it starts with their own evolution and taking 100% ownership in being the best leader possible.
This is a leadership training focused on using the core areas of Emotional Intelligence integrated with Neuroscience to build leadership skills and processes that are successful in creating a strong lean, emotionally intelligent culture. Learn to move individuals and teams forward effectively.
Unlike most programs, this is a leadership lab which means leaders will learn and then practice the new techniques in a safe practice environment. Mornings are a combination of learning and integrative discussions and the afternoon is a Leadership Lab with Dr. Dee coaching leaders through processes.
This program provides business and organizational leaders with tools to shape their leadership, processes to streamline, strategies for creating an emotionally intelligent team, and language patterns for leading.
